This program is designed expressly for the new managing partner. We start with an individual diagnostic interview of the new leader, followed by the administration of a comprehensive battery of assessments. Next, we schedule a series of one-on-one coaching sessions to provide individually tailored feedback. During these sessions we answer your specific questions about leadership in general and about your own approach to leading.
